후여르는 아동·청소년 성적 학대·착취(CSAE)와 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)을 어떤 형태로도 허용하지 않아요. English summary is at the bottom of this page.

금지하는 것

• 아동·청소년 성착취물의 제작, 게시, 전송, 소지, 요구, 링크 공유
• 아동·청소년에 대한 성적인 접근, 그루밍, 성적인 대화 유도, 만남 요구
• 아동·청소년을 성적으로 묘사하거나 대상화하는 이미지·글·음성
• 위 내용을 홍보하거나 거래하려는 행위

만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없어요. 자세한 내용은 청소년 보호 정책과 커뮤니티 운영정책에서 볼 수 있어요.

앱 안에서 신고하기

게시물, 댓글, 메시지, 프로필, 보이스 라이브의 … 메뉴 > 신고 > 아동·청소년 성보호 위반을 골라 주세요. 웹과 앱(iOS·Android)에서 같은 방식으로 신고할 수 있고, 신고한 사람이 누구인지는 상대에게 알리지 않아요. 앱에서 신고하기 어렵다면 support@huyeor.com으로 알려 주세요. 이미지 파일 자체는 메일로 보내지 말고 게시물 위치나 계정 정보만 알려 주세요.

발견하면 이렇게 해요

1. 신고가 접수되면 해당 콘텐츠를 작성자를 뺀 다른 사람에게 즉시 숨겨요. 1시간 안에 확인하는 것을 목표로 하고, 늦어도 24시간 안에 처리해요.
2. 확인되면 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지해요.
3. 같은 이미지가 다시 올라오지 않도록 이미지의 해시값을 차단 목록에 올려요. 공개되는 이미지는 올릴 때 자동으로 분석해요.
4. 증거를 보존하고 관련 법령에 따라 경찰청(사이버범죄 신고시스템) 등 수사기관과 방송미디어통신심의위원회에 신고하고 협조해요. 해외 NCMEC 신고는 국내 서비스의 기본 경로가 아니에요.
5. 위반이 아니라고 확인되면 콘텐츠를 다시 보이게 해요.

Huyeor prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming of minors, in any form. Users must be at least 14 years old.

• In-app reporting: on any post, comment, message, profile or voice live room, open the "…" menu > Report > "아동·청소년 성보호 위반" (child and youth sexual protection violation). You can also write to support@huyeor.com. Please do not email image files.
• Our response: reported content is hidden from everyone except its author right away while a moderator reviews it (target: 1 hour, at most 24 hours). Confirmed content is removed, the account is permanently banned, a hash of the image is added to a blocklist to prevent re-upload, and evidence is preserved and reported to Korean law enforcement (the National Police Agency cyber crime reporting system) and the Korea Communications Standards Commission. NCMEC is not the domestic reporting channel for this service.
